We are back with another episode of the R/Strong Podcast after a BUSY summer! With school starting back up, that means many athletes are entering in-season mode. Year after year, the in-season training myths/worries pop back up - don't have time, don't want to be sore, etc.


In this episode, I break down a few keys to a successful in-season training program that supports and enhances on-field performance, not take away from it. If you're a serious athlete, you need to train in-season. There's no getting around it.
