RSP 62: Summer Training Information

Registration for our summer training programs is officially LIVE! We will be offering training for athletes 1st-12th grade entering fall 2024. Read below or listen to the podcast for all the details. You can register for summer training by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.


All summer programs will be scheduled from June 3-August 3rd, with an off week scheduled the week of July 1, for a total of 8 weeks.


ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Speed, strength, jump and power training for the competitive athlete

7-12th grade athletes

Training scheduled 3 days/week (24 total sessions)

Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:15 AM

Saturday 8:00-8:45 AM

Pre/post performance testing

R/Strong Nutrition Manual

Weekly nutrition and mental conditioning topics


We will be placing a heavy emphasis on speed, agility and jump training throughout the summer. This program is a great option for high school athletes wanting additional training outside their school program! We are offering a limited membership option for athletes that would like to train one day per week!


ATHLETIC FOUNDATION

Speed, strength, jump and agility training FUNdamentals

4-6th grade athletes

Training scheduled 2 days/week (16 total sessions)

Tuesday/Thursday 8:00-8:45 AM

Weekly nutrition topics


YOUNG GUNS

FUN movement, balance, coordination, strength and agility training

1-3rd grade athletes

Training scheduled 1 day/week (8 total sessions)

Friday 8:15-9:00 AM


**If you have an athlete younger than 1st grade interested in Young Guns, please let me know. We may add an additional session for if there’s enough interest.

We offer training programs year-around for athletes 7-12th grade, as well as adults 18-65 years old. Training for younger athletes is offered seasonally. Fill out our training interest form for more information and start GETTING AFTER IT!
