Coming Soon... The Strength Shed

The check is in the mail!

My point is, I just ordered our main equipment for the Strength Shed, coming to northwest Missouri in 2022. The Strength Shed will be our home for all things athletic performance and strength fitness training. (I'm coining the phrase "strength fitness"... I think it summarizes how we train adults pretty well).

The Strength Shed will be located 2 miles outside Mound City, MO. We still have A LOT of work to get it ready to roll... it currently has a dirt floor littered with Busch Light cans. Inside, we will have everything we need to turn athletes and adults into BEASTS! 4 Sorinex racks, bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, med balls, sleds, and much more.

We are excited to bring this facility and our training services to the northwest Missouri area.

No more excuses of "we don't have anywhere to workout" or "I don't know what to do with my workouts." Our membership is a full service setup. We have the facility, the programs and the coaching... all you have to do is show up with a good attitude and WORK.

Now, if you've been following us for anytime, you know that we are ALREADY training athletes and adults at the (temporary) Strength Shed. We have a solid group of young athletes that KILL, some BEAST high school studs and a group of adults (20-65 years old) that are getting STRONG FIT (again, coining that phrase)!

Last thing, I recorded a podcast on this big announcement. I also told my "strength coach story." I remember the exact location I was when I decided I wanted to be a strength coach...

spoiler alert... it was in the kitchen of our college house... not that cool. Years later, we are getting ready to build a BEAST facility for our community. Crazy.
